Read MoreStep into almost any party today, and you’ll see it: the clink of glasses, the hum of conversation, the bar tucked into the corner—always flowing, always central. But look closer. You’ll also notice the guest quietly sipping soda water, the friend hesitating before asking if there’s anything non-alcoholic beyond juice, and the host—juggling logistics with a smile that’s starting to crack.
I’ve lived on both sides of that equation.
Twenty years behind bars (the hospitality kind) gave me a deep respect for the magic of well-crafted drinks and joyful gatherings. But my journey through addiction and into recovery gave me something even more valuable: a clear-eyed understanding of what real connection looks like when nothing is numbed, and no one is left out.
For me, these moments hit home in a deeply personal way. I spent two decades working in the hospitality industry—behind the bar, crafting cocktails, studying the rhythm of gatherings. I also walked through the private and often painful journey of addiction and recovery. Those two realities have shaped how I see celebration today. I know firsthand how powerful it is to be invited to a space where you feel considered, cared for, and truly welcome—not in spite of your sobriety, but because the host created something meaningful for everyone.
“This business was born from my belief that true hospitality should never feel exclusive, overwhelming, or performative. It should feel like a warm welcome home. We’re here to help people shift away from the standard party formula and into something more intentional—something that honors the energy, identity, and wellness of every guest.”

Intentional hosting is about choosing to slow down and think deeply about the experience you’re creating. It’s about more than beautiful glasses and well-balanced drinks. It’s about offering beverages that tell a story—zero-proof or not—crafted with care, complexity, and thoughtfulness. It’s about the friend who is pregnant not feeling like an afterthought. The person in recovery not feeling like a quiet outsider. The guest who chooses not to drink simply because they want to be fully present not having to explain that choice at all.
